Mercuria Services S.A. is an independent company with almost 80 personnel based in Luxembourg. Mercuria has been providing domiciliation services to unregulated and regulated Luxembourg companies since 1994.The company was granted a license by the Ministry of Finance in November 2001 to operate under the financial professional status (PSF) and is subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Authority (CSSF).
