Mercuria Services S.A. is an independent company with almost 80 personnel based in Luxembourg. Mercuria has been providing domiciliation services to unregulated and regulated Luxembourg companies since 1994.The company was granted a license by the Ministry of Finance in November 2001 to operate under the financial professional status (PSF) and is subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Authority (CSSF).
Since 2004, Mercuria is also offering an array of services to investment companies (SICAV's and SICAF) as well as management companies in order to comply with the requirements of the Law of 20 December 2002 and the related circulars such as:
-Corporate Governance
-Risk Management through Mercuria Management Company
-Supervision of the delegated functions

Thanks to the high level and diversity of its staff's experience, Mercuria is also offering consultation services in its areas of expertise.
In order to enlarge its service offering, Mercuria created Mercuria Management Company S.A. ("MMC") on January 12, 2006 to provide an alternative solution to the provision of a local conducting person in order to meet the substance requirements resulting from the Law of 20 December 2002.
